My first trip using a travel agent last year with AmaWaterways all of my flights were delayed. Not sure what I was going to do. I gave John a phone call. He answered immediately and was able to rebook all of my flights…that is outstanding service! I will never forget. The cruise I just took, when I arrived at the final airport, I sent John a text asking him if someone from AmaWaterways would be waiting for me. He assured me that he and AmaWaterways were tracking all of my flights and to me that is worth $1 million. I've never experienced customer service like that in my life.”
