Cruise websites are built to show you everything. An advisor's job is the opposite: to listen, rule things out, and bring you two or three sailings that actually fit your pace, budget, and travel style — with the tradeoffs stated plainly.
Someone answers when the plan breaks
This is the part clients remember. Cancelled flights, missed connections, a schedule change three weeks out, a medical issue in port. When that happens you want a name and a cell number, not a hold queue.
